Kim requested to partake in referee training, although there was no WFA Course available on the island, with the permission of the WFA UK, Kim completed the required theory exam, partook in weekly referee training and completed the practical assessment under the guidance of Mark HIGNETT.
Kim becomes the first referee to qualify under this procedure.
