The Cyprus Met Office has issued an Orange Extreme High Temperature Warning valid from 12pm until 5pm on Friday 7th August 2020.
The maximum temperature is expected to rise to around 43 degrees Celsius inland and to around 34 degrees Celsius over the high mountain areas.
