Yellow Extreme High Temperature Warning Issued – Three Hot Days Ahead

The Cyprus Met Office has issued a Yellow Extreme High Temperature Warning for Thursday 13^th July 2023. The warning is in place from 11am until 6pm.

The maximum temperature is expected to reach around 40 degrees Celsius over inland areas and around 32 degrees Celsius over the highest mountainous areas. During Friday and Saturday the temperature is expected to increase further.
