The Department of Meteorology has issued a Yellow Thunderstorm warning which will be in place from 8pm on Monday 22nd January until 5am on Tuesday 23rd January 2024.
Isolated heavy thunderstorms are expected to affect mainly the east half of the island. In storm hail is also likely while winds may be variable strengthening. Precipitation rate is expected to range between 35 and 55 millimeters per hour.
