The Cyprus Meteorological Office have issued a Yellow Thunderstorm Warning valid from 9pm on Thursday 28th January until 12pm on Friday 29th January 2021.
Local showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected to affect the area. The rain intensity may exceed 35mm per hour.
The Cyprus Meteorological Office advice is to be aware that thunderstorms may occur. Take extra care in exposed areas, like mountains, forest and open terrain. Disruption to outdoor activities is possible.
