The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a Yellow Thunderstorm Warning for Wednesday 17th March 2021.
The Yellow Warning is valid from 10am until 5pm. Isolated heavy thunderstorms are expected to affect the area. Shower rates may exceed 35mm per hour.
The Department of Meteorology advise to be aware that thunderstorms may occur. Take extra care in exposed areas, like mountains, forest and open terrain. Disruption to outdoor activities is possible.
