SHOWERS AND LOCAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE AREA. THE TOTAL RAIN ACCUMULATION IS LIKELY TO LOCALLY EXCEED 55 MILLIMETERS IN 24 HOURS.
