Well, it’s been a fantastic month or so for Pafos United. We have welcomed half a dozen new members and just short of 100 once again. We have also had our new advertising board installed above one of the dug outs at AM Fair Game Sports Center, and a fantastic piece of artwork – in the form of a Graffiti mural that really has to be seen all done by the artistic handywork of Craig Spiller. The club is now affiliated to WFiC (Walking Football in Cyprus) and they now have a new website (www.wfic.com.cy). As a result the club has entered a couple of teams along with ENAD Panthers and Tremithousa Tigers in their new JEAVONS EUROTIR WFiC League, and two matchdays have already been completed on 13th October and 10th November. ENAD Panthers currently sit top of the league with 14 points having played 6 matches. Marc Whiteside & Ian Charlesworth both have 4 goals apiece in the race for the League’s Golden Boot.

The club have other projects they’re hopeful of undertaking and are working very hard behind the scenes to ensure Members are getting the very best support in the process of moving forward to the next level. We are still looking for new sponsors having already secured a local Lawyers to sponsor the club’s new Podcast that will be announced officially very soon. It’s all very exciting and episodes are hoped to be released on the club’s website, Facebook pages as well as Spotify and Amazon Music along with other Social Media and Musical Platforms.
