Natural Feel Good Eating

Most of us know that we could benefit from eating a little healthier but with all the information available it can seem almost mind blowing to work out what we should and shouldn’t be eating. This is especially so if you have been diagnosed with a medical condition such as, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, gastric acid etc. by your doctor and come out of the surgery with an A4 sheet of paper listing all the foods to avoid or include. It’s little wonder that most people look at the list, scratch their heads and think “Well, what am I going to eat then?”

It’s fairly straightforward to find diet plans in magazines or on-line but those will be someone else’s plan and will probably include foods that you don’t like or dishes that don’t suit everyone you are cooking for. They may also not suit your budget.

As a qualified nutritionist, and very keen cook, there is nothing that I love more than showing people how they can eat healthily and still enjoy their food. Whether that is on a one to one basis or through cookery workshops with groups of people with the same goals

There is a misconception that healthy dishes are boring, and a bit weird, but often it is just a case of changing a few ingredients, or your cooking style, and you can enjoy all the same foods that you already do.
