The Cyprus Meteorological Service has issued an Orange High Temperature Warning. The warning is in place from 11:00 until 17:00 hours on Saturday 9th August 2025.
The maximum temperature is expected to rise to around 43 degrees Celsius over inland areas and to around 34 degrees Celsius over the higher mountainous areas.
