Part-time Gardener and a small amount of maintenance work.
Currently done by one person and will be approximately 20 hours per week in the summer and slightly less in the winter. Grass cutting will be necessary.
Experience and all legal paperwork, including insurance, would be a must.
Pool Cleaner
Would need to be qualified pool certified and have experience of communal pools.
All legal paperwork, including insurance is a must.
3 cleans in the summer and 2 in the winter due to EU regulations.
Will also be responsible for all pool electrical systems, timers, circuit boards etc and to be checked regular every week. Will need to include all chemicals to keep the pool running 100%.
There will be an open day on August 2nd for anyone interested to come and have a look at what the job entails, ask or answer any questions.
Both tenders must be self employed.
