December has been a busy month of walking football, with league days, mixed tournaments and club Xmas parties.
As a taster to a new mixed walking football league starting in the new year, a mini tournament was held at A.M. Fair Game, with 5 teams enjoying some competitive matches. Lots of positive feedback means that we can look forward to even more football in 2025.
A couple of the ladies teams shared a final training session before the Xmas break, again, the players and coaches turning out in Xmas fancy dress. A fun session had by all, followed by pizza and drinks
December’s league day took place with a festive theme. Great to see players once again entering into the Xmas spirit.
If you are Male over 45, or female over 35 and would like to keep fit, make new friends, enjoy great banter and generally have an all-round good time, come along and see what walking football is about.
