No doubt, we all love the nature here on this island. The mountains, the beaches, the coast line, the flora and fauna of Cyprus are appearances of nature beyond words.
Therefore the photographic exhibition CYPRUS….MY WAY by Ina Kritiotis in the Tala gallery J&J at Tala square from 15th to 22nd June 2018 will please your eye!
Ina Kritiotis has lived and worked on the island more than 20 years and she has developed a fine feeling and eye for the country and its beauty. With her camera she captures the island the way she sees it! The sea, trees, beaches, pebbles, landscape, the sky, water of the sea, they all find their place in her photographic art.
The exhibition shows her newest work. Sometimes very detailed in macro manner, other times it is the landscape that is fascinating.
Ina K. assigns the beholder an observation place and asks him to see Cyprus for a little moment her way. It´s her homage to the island of Cyprus that never ceased to be her home. And with the additional message and responsibility to keep it as beautiful as it is.
The opening will be on Friday 15th June 2018 at J&J gallery in Tala / Tala Square at 7pm.
There will be an opening speech by Yioulla Koutsoftides who is adept in art and philosophy
