The Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, announces that on Sunday 3/3/2023, from 07:00 until 13:00 at the latest, sections of the following roads in Paphos will be closed to traffic due to the 26th Logicom Cyprus Marathon:
- The Old Limassol – Paphos road (B6) from the junction of Mandria community, will be closed to vehicles heading from Limassol to Paphos, from 07:30 until 12:00 approximately, with the exception of vehicles heading towards Paphos airport. The remaining vehicles will be diverted to the Limassol – Paphos highway (A6).
- On the Old Limassol – Paphos road (B6), from the junction of the road to Paphos Airport, the lane towards Paphos will be closed from 07:30 until approximately 12:00 and vehicles will be diverted to the Limassol – Paphos highway ( A6) via the old Paphos – Limassol road.
- Agios Anargyron Avenue (E614), from the roundabout at the junction with Danais Avenue, will be closed to vehicles heading towards Paphos from 08:00 until 11:00.
- Poseidonos Avenue (E705) will be closed to all vehicles from 08:00 and traffic will gradually be restored.
During the event, all necessary arrangements will be made for the smooth and safe diversion of traffic through adjacent roads.
