Administration Assistant Job Advert

Aisa International Are Looking To Recruit A New Administration Assistant To The Team, Working In The Paphos Office.

Job Aspects include

  1. Communicating and liaising with clients by email, telephone and in person when clients visit the office.
  2. Working closely with Cyprus regulated financial planning staff.
  3. Assisting with keeping client files in a compliant and regulatory acceptable manner.
  4. Co-ordinate with Aisa staff in Cyprus, UK head offices and other countries.
  5. Following up new applications with providers (e.g Pension Trustees and Investment companies)

The applicant must possess excellent communication skills making telephone calls and answering enquiries and meeting and greeting clients on arrival at the office.

You will be required to have outstanding attention to detail and be able to confidently use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Excel and other software supporting the financial planning advice team. You should be capable of producing formal letters.

You should be a good team player with a positive mental ‘can do’ attitude, capable of sole working.

Fluent English speakers only due to the accuracy required in this position.

Experience in a professional financial services environment would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. We are looking for a personable and approachable, efficient individual more so that someone that has financial exams.

This is a part time position, approximately 15 hours spread over the working week.
