The Very First Veterinary Hospital in Paphos

Thinking of veterinary medicine, many are those to have in mind a small practice where a gentle animal doctor welcomes his patients with a smile on his face, a warm hand and lots of experience gained in many years of seeing countless pets, one better looked after than the other.

Not quite like that, veterinary medicine is indeed made of smiling and welcoming vets in small practices, but also of bigger and smaller clinics where almost anything and everything from the animal reign can be treated, helped, seen to. And then there are veterinary hospitals.

Here in our corner of the island, the very first veterinary hospital has been in existence since many years ago, being the only one of its kind for many years. The AAW & CCP veterinary hospital is also the largest one, where since its 2015 modernization it has been able to accommodate up to 100 patients of different sizes.

Welcoming a wide range of patients on a daily basis, the AAW & CCP veterinary hospital, with its specialized and highly experienced staff, offers the following: surgery, 24-hour emergency, digital scans, diagnostics, endoscopies, X-rays, boarding, quarantine, grooming, worldwide pet travel, obesity clinic, a no livestock pet shop and full walk-in, no appointment needed vaccination, parasite treatment and microchipping unit.

The AAW & CCP veterinary hospital is open seven days a week, and any and all official holidays and bank holidays too. The staff can assist with your pet’s needs, from information on specialized food, different types of parasite treatment, etc. Members of the public are always welcomed to walk in just for some information if needed.
